Just opened account with iD. Received phone but I can’t find the phone number. In setting the information tells me it doesn’t have a number for the sim card. THe phone / android/google seem ok but it’s not much use as a phone!

Have you been able to text and call from the new sim that you have received? If so, please call one of your friends or family member from your new sim, and then this way you can get them to read out or send your new number. If it is an activation issue, please let us know and we will send you a Private message.
