when will my sim arrive?

When will my sim arrive? As of Monday next week I will be travelling Europe.

Normally a SIM only order is delivered within 3-5 working days of the order date.

Hi @Isaac Hallas, as @andewhite says, most SIMs arrive within 3-5 working days.

If you haven’t received yours after that timeframe, please contact the Facebook, Twitter or Live Chat teams so they can take a look at your order.
