where is my sim card?

I ordered to sim cards but only one has come.  When can i expect it? It was ordered on the 19th November.

I ordered a sim only plan 5 days ago, but still not delivered,  can't speak to anyone on the phone, the online chat is not helpful at all, ridiculous
