Hi, I was calling a friend and got the above message. I tried to somebody else and the same thing, then called another number and it dialled.
I thought there might be something wrong with the bill but there's no balance. I tried to log on my ID mobile app but forgot password and when I try reset I get the security code but the system doesn't accept it. Please help
