I have set my bill cap to 25 pound but it still won't let me ring out of plan numbers or deposit via my phone why ?

Had you already spent over £25 in outside of plan charges before setting the cap? If so, that could be the why?
Or, within the iD Mobile App. Do you have Premium calls disabled?Â
So if you’re trying to contact a business that has a chargeable number then you may be prevented from calling them due to the settings on your account there?
