I tried to make a phone call but it says i’ve reached my ‘cap limit’

what does this mean? I’ve extended my cap to £5 but ut’s still saying the same thing?

Hi @lilyjane19,

That message would usually mean you have hit the cap as you have described; was it at £0 and then you increased it to £5 before seeing the same message? If so, something possibly has used the cap in that time. Have you still got data allowance left? Data can use the cap quite quickly at times.
