Help! Cannot Cancel my Contract Covid-19

Hi

I am going around in circles with your ID website and app.  I wish to cancel my contact, telephone lines are closed and your website gives incorrect information as there is no ‘end my contract’ option.

 

Please advise and do not send me the information on your website as it does not work!

Sorry to hear you are leaving us.

The best way to cancel is by speaking to Live Chat team they are available for account related support. They’re available between 9am - 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am -6pm Saturday and Sunday.
