no service once reached 100% cap how can I resume service

I used up 100% of my cap so they have cut off all my services so had no data or mobile phone service. what can I do to fix this?

Hello @13hstewart, 

 

If you’ve reached your cap, you can look at a plan change in the iD app/account, or purchasing an add-on for the services you require.

So if you used up all data, then purchase a data add-on for extra data this month.

 

You can raise the spend cap up to your credit limit, though, this is not cost effective as data is £10.24 per 100MB of data outside of plan usage, whereas a 1GB add-on (1000MB) is £7.00.
