I added a cap limit to my contract, however i no longer would like it.

How do I remove a cap limit?

Hi @adeb41 , this can be done through the App or on your account online. Here’s how to do it:


• Select 'Services’ from the bottom menu of the app (or ‘My Services’ if you’re in My Account.)
• Then select ‘Edit my capped limit’. You can then move the slider anywhere between £0 and your credit limit.

Hi Will,

Thanks, I have went over the maximum amount of  £25 which is why I would like to remove the cap limit all together.

It can’t be removed all together sorry @adeb41 , the maximum it can be is set to your credit limit. You’ll need to purchase add-ons if you wish to make more calls, send texts or use more data if you’ve reached your limit.
