100GB changed to 11GB

I logged on to the app to see how much data I have left. I pay £18 for 100gb but when I checked it said I have 10.5gb left out of 11gb?

How long ago was it you switched to the deal you’re on now?

Are you able to show us a screenshot of the tariff you ordered last?  You would likely have this in an email from when you selected the account.

Was the tariff you’re on 100gb per month, or was it not a tariff that has a set amount per month with a one-time bonus amount of 100gb?
