24 hour 'high level of calls'? - Can't make a payment

Just want to pay my bill. But can't because your experiencing high volume of calls and you also won't except my card via the app. You have disconnected me. Going around in circles... can't contact you... I can't pay... I can't pay and you disconnect me..

Hello @Harriss,

 

You do not need to speak to an agent to make a payment.

 

When calling, you will hear the message to begin with advising about high volume of calls, however, if you wait past this, you’ll be given the options to proceed.

 

After entering your number, select Option 2 for Billing and Option 2 for Making a payment.

 

In regards to paying via the app, ensure the card is registered to the same billing address as the details on your account.
