£66 overcharged and dont know why ?

My recurring charge is £78 instead of £12.99 and if it was due to any additional charges it doesnt specify. it only says recurring charges. So i beleive they have overcharged me. What can i do to get get answers and my money back? I cannot find any number or email to contact.
