why can’t I send text to enter a computation

I assume you are wanting to send a message to a premium number. You will need to turn it on using your ID Mobile app. Just tap at "services" on the bottom of the screen a look for this option as shown on the picture below

When did you turned it on? It may take up to 24 hours to update these settings. I the problem persist after that period try contacting customer support here
