I have paid all monthly bills by direct debit. Each one has been paid. The ID mobile app says last months is outstanding but shows it as paid in another part of the app. I'm about to pay my monthly bill twice. How do I stop this happening?

As long as the direct debit has been taken from your bank account as normal then the bill will have been paid so we are sorry for the confusion caused by the app, we would not take the Direct Debit twice.
If it doesn’t amend itself please reply with a screenshot of what you see in the app and we’ll have this looked into right away.
