Accidentally paid my bill twice, what happens now?
Hello everyone 🙂 Just need a bit of help getting my head around my billing page. My bill until recently was £12.99 but since the 2.5% rise, it's gone up to £13.31, no problem there. But I didn't realise the £12.99 was coming out automatically each month as I always paid it manually. As a result I now have this showing on my billing page, will I get the £13.31 I didn't need to pay back or will it just stay there only able to be spent on add ons? Thank you 🙂

The money that you have overpaid is left on your account as credit, and if it is left on there until next month, then your next bill will use this towards payment. Any add-ons purchased are always added to your next bill and as such, you next bill would be higher rather then the add-on being deducted at the time of purchase.
