Hi I have payed my bill and account is still blockedi need to use my phone and can’t speak to anybody apart from a robot

Hello @Sambo,

Can you confirm if this is still the case after a restart?

It can take up to 24-hours for this. If the balance was with a Debt Collection Agency and you paid us directly instead of the Debt Collection Agency this can be delayed.
