additional payment made

I accidentally made a payment on my id mobile app for my monthly bill on 04/03 and then on 05/03 my directed debit came out taking the money twice. I’m looking to try get my bill refunded or taken off my next bill.  

I’ve tried to contact Id mobile by calling and emailing but I’ve got nothing I’ve never had such an issue before.

If you’ve made a manual payment when a Direct Debit taken then you have 2 options:

Speak to a member of staff to get the payment refunded

Leave the amount as a credit to use on future bills.


You mentioned that you’re happy for it to be taken off your next bill, if so, then you don’t need to do anything. Your account will have a credit for the amount paid. Whatever your next bill is, your credit will be used to pay that and any remaining balance (if any) is what would be collected.
