App says that i have an outstanding balance on my bill but pay via direct debit

Good morning,

I have recently switched to ID and you have already taken a direct debit payment. Log into the app today and it says in a red box that I have an outstanding payment on my account. Don’t really understand how this can be the case as my Direct Debit is still active?

Please can you advise why this message is being displayed?

We are sorry to hear about that! The app may show this on the day that the bill is due but not to worry, we would expect it to update once we have confirmation of the payment. If you can log back in today and let us know what you see, if you need further help then we can look into this for you.
