Bank payments higher than bills
ID mobile has been taking more from my bank account than they should. My bills are less than the amount being withdrawn, why?

Hi Pjohnson. Have you checked at my.idmobile.co.uk to confirm what your monthly bills should be. You may have noticed a recent increase due to the RPI adjustment that took place in April.
