Barclays Banking SMS not coming through

I've had an issue for a while where the SMS verification doesn't come through when trying to set up the Barclays Banking app on iOS (12.1). I have checked the premium features in the iD app and they are all turned on, so not sure what else to try.

Any ideas?

Hi welcome to the ID community,

Banking systems do not require premium features they use normal network notifications and should work fine iphone 12.1

If you ported over from another provider I would try restarting your mobile (turn it off and back on)
and try again.

Check you have data or wifi turned on for the app to work.

Finally remove the app and then re install it.
There could also be an issue with Barclays systems?
