Hello, my bill isn’t due till the 29th of July but I paid it two days ago in advance, but on the mobile app it’s still showing the same bill I’ve paid! Can someone help me please? I don’t want to pay twice!

Hello @Sophia135,

Bills are generated 14-days before the payment is due so we may need to wait until the bill has been generated for it to show as being covered by the funds.

Also, as long as your payment went through fine then it should be ok once the account updates in due course. Please let us know if nothing changes after the bill has been generated and we’ll see what we can do!
