I have paid my bill through the app but have been charged again a few days later how can I get refunded?

We’re sorry for any frustration there @Maisieboot 

Generally speaking it’s best to leave the Direct Debit to come out if one is set up on your account.  On rare occasion it will come out late, yet no changes will happen to the state of your account due to that late-ness.  Except in cases in which the funds weren’t there, then you’ll be notified of any failed payment via a text message I believe.

To help you get that refund though we’ll send you a private message.
