Hi @ngkent 

Sorry about the issue you’re having. 

Please can you please try a few things to see if we can get back your services.

  • Turn OFF your phone
  • Remove the SIM card out of the slot
  • Place it back in the SIM slot
  • Turn your phone back ON

Hiya ive tried everything i couldnt get to the bank over covid19 they cut me off and sent my bill to bailiffs for £50 i paid my bill but now have no way of getting in contact with them

They’re available between 9am - 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 6pm Saturday and Sunday.
