I have a '-£8.55' on my bill and a '8.55 Cr' does this mean I will get a payment back of £8.55?

As I'm leaving/left chat isn't available to me!

Credits would eat away at the next bill if your account is still active with us.

Or is the account in question disconnected?

Yes I have left ID and it's my final bill - is the 'Cr' and '-8.55' credit /money back then?
