I am struggling to pay my bill and don't want to be cutt of I'm in self isolation and my bill is due in 3 days.  Anyway I could get my contact kept on until I can make payment ?

Hi I spoken with somone nearly 2 weeks ago about my phone cut off due to the bill being overdue by 2 days I explained we were isolated as my little girl was unwell and my family live 30 mins away ..the guy said he would get the bar lifted as there is currently a 90 day grace period and the bar still hasnt been lifted . 

 

Please can you help
