My line has not been restored following payment?

Hi I paid for my bill but my line has been cut and I need this sorted asap.

Payments for an outstanding bill (where the balance is with a Debt Collection Agency and payment made to us directly instead of through them) can take up to 48-hours to activate the line.

 

Can you confirm if the services are still not working following a restart?
