billing reactivate

Good Morning,

due to covid-19 I am unable to pay my mobile account until Friday 5th of June as I shall receive payment from being on furlough.

 

would it be possible to be re connected until Friday when I can pay my bill in full?

 

i need my phone for work.

Sorry about the situation you’re in.

Are you currently placed on a restriction?

If yes, a restriction is automatically placed when the payment is not made on time. Once the payment is received , the restriction gets automatically removed.
