bought an data add on still no data

i bought an add on via the mobile app,

It is showing in my data allowance and has been added to the price of my next bill.  I still cannot get onto the internet it is saying i have reached my allowance and help would be gratefully received i amin hospital atm and as there is no visits access to the internet is very important
