My wife has been watching programmes on britbox and itv hub perfectly fine until tonight. Now they won't play she's using apps from the istore on her ipad. We've done all the usual things.

We are sorry to hear that. Did you try deleting the apps and reinstalling the apps? Also, are you using the apps on WI-FI or Mobile Data?

Like I said we've tried all the usual stuff. And we can't use wi-fì . So ďue to our location we're on mobile data

Is she having issues using the internet elsewhere on the device i.e when browsing the web or when using lower-use data apps such as Facebook, Whatsapp etc?
Has she also checked her allowances to ensure these haven’t been used up if she has a limited allowance plan?
