Brought a bundle but still unable to make calls or send text

I have just brought a bundle which is showing on my phone. But as i make a call it saying that I do not have no credit nor can I send any text messages or use the internet. Please help!

This is still not working and I need to use this phone ASAP. I can’t get through to customer services either on the phone. Please Help!!!!

Is it a regular mobile or landline you’re trying to call, or is it a premium rate number?

If it’s a premium rate number, then you may need to increase the spending cap you have on your account from £0 (zero) -or- enable Premium rate calls within the iD Mobile App.

Its a regular mobile that I have. It is not a premium number. I always top up bundles like I did but this is the first time it has not worked. It’s still saying that I have no credit when my bundle balance is showing that I do have credit, I don’t understand why this happened. I really need to get this working asap
