my sons bill has a £5 charge on it every month after visiting the Sunderland store about this issue 2 hours later 45 mins of that on too customer services I was told that the problem was sorted left it at that after checking it two months later the issue is not sorted now don't have a clue what too do seems my only option is too cancel the direct debit and place him on pay as u go

Have you checked what the charge is for? this can be checked on the iD Mobile App.
