Buy add-in by phone - no access to app (daughter's phone)

Our 22 year old daughter is living alone and self isolating as she has coronavirus symptoms. She has run out of data and urgently needs it to stay in touch with the outside world. She can’t access the ID Mobile app as she is locked out of the email account she used to set it up (long story!) - and can’t change the password.

We are desperately trying to buy her a data add-on, as she’s not due for renewal until 15th April. She has no wifi in her flat and this is one of her only means of contact with the outside world for the next week. Her dad and I just phoned the automated phone line just and paid £10 as we couldn’t get an add-on option, but we have no idea if this has helped.

She has temporarily overcome this by increasing her buffer. However, it would be good if she can have help to change the email address linked to her ID Mobile app.

No she hasn’t fixed it… her cap hasn’t increased - can anyone please help? We are all completely stressed out trying to do this…
