Hi there my phone has been barred due to an outstanding balance. I have since paid the outstanding balance 48 hours ago and my phone is still barred.
Call barring not lifted following payment

This can happen if the balance was with a Debt Collection Agency and payment made to us directly as they need to be notified.
Have you tried restartign and found it’s since working?
