Call plan allowance changed overnight

Checked my allowance today . Found that I've lost most of my call time , texts and data . Should get 250 mins , now says 41mins !! . Texts say 833 mins , should get 5000. Data, was on about 2.7 gb, now only on 0.6gb.
Something has seriously gone wrong. Unable to speak to anyone.

Have you changed your plan recently?
Or have you made a change to your Direct Debit date at all?

These can cause you to receive pro-rata allowances based on the change.

But your full allowances should kick in from the following month.

Yes , I have .
Changed my direct debit date by 1 day to coincide with my pay day .
Wouldn't have thought 1 day would make a difference .

Hello @Nindagley,

This would be it, as a Direct Debit date change would change the billing date and push it back. Since your Direct Debit date is 14-days before your bill date, this can certainly have an effect on your allowances.
