Calls and text between the 50 countries
I have been charged for calls and texts to French and Swedish numbers and I read we should be refunded at the end of September and nothing happened. Trying to call and to use the chat. No possibility to get hold of someone.

Were you in the UK when you made those calls to France and Sweden? If so, you would be charged our international rates (found here) as that information is only relevant for when you are actually roaming within one of the 50 EU countries.
When you are in the UK, you're not technically roaming as you are within your home country. I hope this helps.
