I'm trying to upgrade my account to get the free data with my NHS email but every time I open the page it says error and won't load it

I am sorry to hear about that! Have you tried using a different browser and/or tried clearing the browser cookies to see if this makes a difference? If this doesn’t help, please send us a screenshot of the error and we’ll report this back.
