Can't contact ID to make a payment

I'm trying to pay a final bill- 0333 number says busy for last two days and onlin live chat has no agents!

Thanks Mohsin. E mail final bill showed I owed £2.96. Paper one showed credit of £2.96.

Does your iD app show you have an outstanding balance? And when trying to make a payment when calling 7777 from your iD phone, or 0333 003 7777 from a landline or other mobile it shows you have 0 Balance?

Having the same problem your suggestion just gives me a chance to listen to my zero balance!

You don't need to speak to someone to make a payment of your bill.

You can pay this by logging into https://my.idmobile.co.uk/
Logging into the iD app

Or when calling our Customer Services, (after entering your mobile number) selecting Option 2 followed by Option 1.

This is an automated payment line.
