i have paid my bill balance say 0 and 0 to pay still can make calls

Did you mean that you have paid your bill and you can’t make calls afterwards? If so, please restart the phone to see if this helps. Additionally, please contact our Live Chat Team here as soon as you can between 9am - 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 6pm Saturday and Sunday so we can ensure all services are back up and running.
