Can’t use mobile data it says I have used 100% of my data allowance which is renewed on 1st of each month and my phone is telling me I have only used 83.07 MB of the 2.00 GB allowance?

Hi @Vickster100,

I’m sorry to hear that. When you mention “it says I have used 100% of my data allowance” is this a text that came through to your phone or is that from the app?

Also, when you say “my phone is telling me I have only used 83.07 MB” is this the Data Usage section within your phone settings?
