the answer given to me was to check live chat. like I said before I can't even access live chat. jesus christ it's been a week of me trying and I've been getting this error, get me out of this ride ffs.

 

I opened this link https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/contact-us and I get this error "The requested URL was rejected. Please consult with your administrator.

worst £20 ever spent, can't even cancel and I goddamn hope I don't get charged for another month for this 1g internet probably even the communication between earth and moon in 1969 landing was faster Jesus christ.

 

Please cancel my contract and refund me the first month, I bought this sim to use for Internet and the speeds are goddamn awful cant even load Google takes like 2 mins…

Hi @dtulcidas,

We’re sorry to hear about the troubles you have faced. That issue will appear on some websites where the cookies may not be operating correctly. If you can head to the browser settings and clear all cookies for our website, it should work upon refreshing the window.

If you’re using Chrome via desktop/laptop, you can do this quicker by pressing F12 then choosing Application then scrolling down to Cookies. Right-click it and you should be able to clear it that way.
