Cancelling my contract

I have been trying to pay out my contract, but my phone won’t turn on, and it’s asked me to reset my password. I’ve attempted to contact Id customer service through my new phone and have had no luck whatsoever in getting in touch, I really don’t want to get charged anymore when I’m paying for a new phone
