I'm trying to find out when my contract ends and I'm told to text 86075. My spending cap is set to £13 and premium calls and texts are on but still won't send
Any help please on why this is doing this or any other way of finding out when I can leave?

You’ll need to text INFO to 85075
This is a free number so would not carry a charge.
86075 is a different service, which would explain why it’s not working.
