Why have i been put onto unlimited minutes from today when my plan is 250 minutes. I have received no messages about this change.

The plan would usually change if you have changed your tariff from your iD app. Please contact our Live Chat | iD Mobile Network team who will be able to look into this for you.

Been on live chatbot does not know what I'm talking about and can't help me. I have not changed any plan or tariffs 

This as happened on my wife's mobile plan as well.

Now have a message regarding minutes, they have upgraded to unlimited minutes until 30 april. Should have sent message sooner. This community site for me is poor.

We’re sorry that the message had been received after you were given unlimited minutes. This free allowance upgrade is part of our support towards our elderly customers. For customers over the age of 70, we will also be assisting those who might be feeling isolated in the ongoing lockdown period. We’re offering unlimited minutes to customers aged 70 and over, who can benefit from the scheme until 30th April 2021.
