Changed address and now charged £2.50

I've changed my address recently and so I updated it on the mobile app with no problem, but now my bill has come through charging me £2.50 for doing this. There was no warning that I would be charged and I would like a refund, please.

That doesn't sound right at all.

I'm not aware of any charge that's applied for a change of address.

Have you checked your bill breakdown to see what it's described?

The only charge related to billing and address is if you've requested paper billing which is £1.50.
Even then, we're not sure how the £2.50 figure would have been reached.

Can you please check the bill breakdown and advise what the charge is recorded as?
