changing my bank details in the App

Hello, I’m trying to change my bank account details and have been told to do that through the manage direct billing, however on my account it I don’t have the link to do that? And therefore can’t wait my bill. Please can anyone help????

Are you doing this through the iD Mobile App or the account through a browser? It should be fine to do this through the App, but if not, please do let us know.
