Hi @Nicky Morrow,

Your message is blank however from your subject, it looks as though you want to change the bank account from which we take your Direct Debit, is that correct? If so, this can be updated from within your app or mobile account online. Please let us know more about your situation if you have tried this already.

Hi Ryan I want re instate the  direct debit to a different bank account 

I have 2 accounts and l can only view one on the app

You will need to register your second account online

In order to do this, you will need to use a different email address, from the one you have used for your other account.
