charged £15 to much on my bill ??

I am on a £20 a month tariff,  but last month I was charged £36 , I have used no extras , so why have I been charged more , the fact you can't contact anyone is terrible

Have you tried viewing your PDF bill?

 

All of our bills are fully broken down in the PDF’s and you can scroll down the pages to see what each charge is for.

It says , recurring charge £29.83 , then the rest is VAT , but i don't understand as I'm on a £20 a month unlimited plan ??

as no one seems to have answered my question from the ID staff , ill ask it again ...

My tariff is £20 unlimited texts , calls and data , however I have been charged £35.98 in august and this has been taken from my account . I have downloaded the PDF file for augusts bill and it doesnt tell me why I have been charged extra .

Please advise me why this is the case .

I have trying to get an answer to this since Monday 14th September .
