Charged an extra £2.01 for this month's bill

I have been charged an extra £2.01 for this month’s bill for the first time ever. I have checked my bill breakdown and everything appears normal, 20% VAT as usual, but just a difference for the monthly recurring charge bit. I have been capped at £0 so I do not go over my monthly allowance and I have checked my history and have made no calls/texts which would charge me £2.01  extra.

THE WORST PART is I then checked my plan and my regular monthly bill has increased by £2.01! Please can I be refunded and this sorted ASAP as I have no idea how my bill has just suddenly been increased by £2.01 when I didn’t sign for this.

Thanks

The increase is in line with the Retail Price Index (RPI) as per Terms & Conditions which you would have agreed to at the point of purchase. We've got a page that has some further information on this here: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/retail-price-index

All services generally increase on a yearly basis in line with inflation.
If you're unhappy for any reason and if your current plan allows, you can always downgrade.

Be aware your bill will increase year on year in line with RPI.
