charged extra after cancelling plan in the same month

Do anyone know if i can contact id billing support over an extra charge on my bill after already paying in full in the same month. Ive used no call time or data as the sim was a spare. Live chat seems to be down so ive no idea what to email or call.

It was a rolling monthly contract.

Have you tried viewing the PDF bill?

All of our bills are fully itemised and you should have a breakdown of the charges, you can scroll down the bill to one of the later pages to see what the charge is for and how much.

 

That said, the title of your topic seems to refer to being charged despite cancelling?

Cancellations require 30-days notice.

During this time, bills are produced as normal and taken as normal.

Anything we’ve charged past your notice period is refunded via a credit on the final bill.

 

You’ll only pay for what you’re liable for, the time on your notice period + any out of plan usage (if any) + term fees (if any) + add-ons (if any).
