Charged for minutes when i have unlimited

I have recently swapped my phone to an iPhone 7+ but on a sim only deal so just switched the sim from my old phone. 
I have just downloaded the ID mobile app to track everything and I have unlimited minutes however have been charged £0.12 for extra minutes on my capped section. 

I have not left the country or done any international calls. Could someone tell me what the charge is for?

I know it is not a lot but want to stop this happening again in case next time it’s more

Hey @7243leu 

 

Do you know if your bill was already produced? When it is produced you can view all extra charges there. There is many different numbers in UK that might be chargeable. Have a look here
